Coz The Feeling Is Gone

"COz they say why? why?, Tell them that it's human nature..."

Yup! The question that keeps on popping in my mind yesterday is "Why? Why do they have to suffer like that?". With a blink of an eye, they've dropped to the third spot already and it's so sad seeing them in that situation.

My friend Ging and I went to UST gym yesterday hoping that we could at least contribute in cheering them up for a sure win versus the now-leading Montana. We even went there an hour earlier to get the best seat for the game. But our presence and the other people who constantly believe in Granny Goose, seems not enough to uplift their present playing status. They didn't even had the chance to grab the lead for the whole duration of the game.

Enough with sad stories, because although they've lost in that game, Ging and I also had some unforgettable experience in it. First of all was the moment we entered the UST gym. We were one of the first few persons to be seated right in front of Granny Goose. It was such a humiliating and kilig moment at the same time. Isipin nyo ba naman, kami pa lang ata dun ang mga fanatics and the rest were the staff and crew of studio23, montana, and granny while others were friends of the players. Kami lang ang walang kakone-koneksyon sa kanino man sa kanila! hahaha Gusto ko nang magtago sa loob ng bag ko at that moment. Ging even intensified the feeling when she said that pinagtitinginan daw kami ng mga players...Shucks talagang pangyayari yun.

On our way back to UP, we get acquainted with a person who understands Bicol...because all the way from UST, Ging and I kept on talking stuffs about the recent game we've just seem. The girl introduced herself and said that she was from Naga and she's studying in UST. Sobra kaming natuwa kasi kahit papano eh nalessen ang aming pagkadepressed.

On the jeepney to Philcoa, sobrang traffic sa may Circle and there was this 4 or 5 year old girl just beside me singing.."Fly, Fly, fly..." over and over again... Dahil inabot ako ng aking kabaliwan, I sang the complete lyrics of the song thinking that I am only the one who could hear it. Ging even sang with me after she noticed me fumbling about the song. Later on I've realized that the girl heard us, so I've asked her to sing with us instead. She hesitated for a while and said that she had a different version of the song and she don't want us to hear it. 'Sikreto' daw.

What a happy ending for the not-so-happy BABAD SA LARO day.
